Meet our Exercise Physiologist: Sarah Samanna

Sarah Samanna
Melbourne-bred Sarah Samanna is no stranger to the world of motion. With an undergraduate degree from ACU and a master’s from Deakin, Sarah’s academic journey has always focused on the intricacies of the human body.
She’s garnered experience from diverse settings: from Kinetic Medicine in Forster, NSW, to Donvale Rehab Hospital and Watermarc in Greensborough. Joining GNC was a strategic move. Not only does it align with her interest in neurological conditions, but it also brings her back to her home state, closer to the waves and her loved ones.
Sarah’s clientele is diverse: children with Cerebral Palsy, runners, those with spinal cord injuries, and more. Outside the professional realm, she’s an outdoor enthusiast. You might spot her running, surfing, or immersed in a book, notably “The Tattooist of Auschwitz”, or tuning into the “Listen Able” podcast.
Clinical Interests: Cerebral Palsy, Runners, paediatrics, spinal cord injuries
