Meet our Occupational Therapist: Sarah Kolodziej
Sarah grew up in rural Northern Tasmania and moved to Geelong to study Occupational Therapy, graduating with Honours after completing a year of research into robotics use in neuro-rehabilitation.
Since graduating she has worked across numerous health services in Tasmania and Victoria, and has recently returned from two years working in London, spending most of her time at The National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery. Through this role she spent a lot of time with all sorts of neurological presentations, from strokes and brain tumors to progressive neurological conditions and traumatic brain injuries. She has a passion for neurology and trauma, and loves to see her clients achieve their goals.
Outside of work, Sarah loves the outdoors and travelling. You’ll often find her on a run around the Barwon River or down at the beach around work hours. On weekends she loves getting outside, adventuring down the surf coast, visiting new places and finding hidden gems.
