Sporting injuries growing up that were managed by a physio

Working with such a diverse team of individuals to get the most out of our clients

What is your favourite piece of therapy equipment at GNC, and why?
The Litegait- It takes away our clients inhibitions and risk of falling and allows us to really hone in on movement quality

What is a memorable moment from your time at GNC?
Seeing my client stand up with support for the first time in nearly two years of rehab post ABI

If you could instantly master any new skill, what would it be?
To be able to shred on the guitar, I’ve no guitar skills at all (I don’t even own one) but it would be fun to know 🙂
