External Mentoring at Geelong Neuro Centre

At Geelong Neuro Centre, we believe in the power of mentoring to support professional growth, confidence, ongoing learning and clinical excellence. Our multidisciplinary team – made up of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Speech Pathologists and Exercise Physiologists – each has access to dedicated 1:1 mentoring. Many of our clinicians have developed specialisations in areas such as spinal cord injury rehabilitation, upper limb therapy, equipment prescription, cognitive therapy, swallowing, and locomotor retraining.
We offer external mentoring to clinicians outside our team who are looking to build their knowledge, confidence, and career direction in a supportive and collaborative environment.
We can provide mentoring across any of our disciplines – Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Speech Pathology and Exercise Physiology – in both paediatric and adult practice.
