Yes. We understand that starting a rehabilitation program can be daunting and its important to ensure you feel safe and comfortable. You are welcome to contact us to organise a tour of our clinic and meet our team. Alternatively you can complete a virtual tour via our website.

Yes, please give us a call. Everybody’s situation is unique, we would love to discuss your goals and individual needs with you to ensure we are a good fit.

During your first appointment will start by getting to know each other. We will explore your goals and frustrations and put together a plan to achieve your goals.

Within your ongoing appointments you will complete your therapy in order to achieve these goals. We will regularly check in with you to ensure you feel confident and supported. We will adapt your therapy as required.

Within the Geelong Neuro Centre we work as a multidisciplinary team and communicate regularly.

We will also ensure we communicate regularly with your external team including support coordinators, other healthcare professionals, carer and your GP.

No, The Geelong Neuro Centre can be accessed via self referral, referrals from family or friends or referral from an external agency such as support coordinator, medical practitioner or other health professional.

Yes. Therapy is conducted either at home, in the clinic or in the community. There are charges associated with travel. We will discuss this with you prior to completing your first assessment.

Yes. It’s important to remember that changes can still be made or goals achieved no matter how you are down the track of your injury, this may be 2 months or 15 years. We are here to help you.
