During your first appointment we will start by getting to know each other. We will explore your goals and frustrations and put together a plan to achieve your goals. Within ongoing appointments you will complete your therapy in order to achieve these goals. We will regularly check in with you to ensure you feel confident and supported. We will adapt your therapy as required.

Within the Geelong Neuro Centre we work as a multidisciplinary team and communicate regularly. We will also ensure we communicate regularly with your external team including support coordinators, other healthcare professionals, carer and your GP.
