Geelong Neuro Centre was created by Sara and Lach in 2021 to meet the growing need for a multidisciplinary neurological service in Geelong, where clients and therapists can work together to achieve their goals. We are a passionate team providing care for adults and children with neurological conditions, offering occupational therapy, physiotherapy, exercise physiology, and speech pathology. We support clients with newly diagnosed conditions, as well as those needing ongoing rehabilitation and long-term care.

With access to a multidisciplinary team, world-class neurological equipment, and purpose-built facilities, we are well-equipped to manage complex conditions, particularly for clients transitioning from acute rehabilitation to home or care settings.

In addition to our clinic-based therapy, we offer community-based therapy, meeting clients in their homes, workplaces, day programs, community gyms, or pools. We are committed to ensuring that people in rural communities have access to specialised healthcare. Our therapists frequently travel to see clients in these areas, and we also welcome clients from Western Victoria, Bendigo and any other rural regions to our clinic.
